The Baddest Word You'll Never Know

Absofuckinglutely (The Story of Some Girl)

Absofuckinglutely. Haha. Love typing that word. It’s as fun as fugly [fuckin' ugly].

Our college publication [Pharmakon] posted this sign-up sheet around three weeks ago, asking for interested applicants to sign their names, year levels, and give their contact numbers. Always the confident jackass, I signed up and left my number, thinking that the organization will inform me [as well as the other applicants] about their screening schedules.

The weeks passed, and I never received any notifications. The organization’s bulletin board was empty, save for a brown envelope for articles [man, that method is sooo high school!] and–*gasp!*the list of qualified applicants.

WTF?!

They never even informed me of the screening schedule?! So they all had the screening without ME knowing?! I mean, WTF… It doesn’t mean that even if I’m the only freshman who had the audacity to join, that absofuckinglutely does NOT give them license to discriminate against my joining… That’s totally unfair.

Oh crap.
Crap.
Crap.
Crap.
Crap.
Crap… [ad infinitum...]

Oh well.

IT’S THEIR LOSS, NOT MINE.

Oh well.

I saw their website anyway, and it’s soooo circa Pre-Photoshop-ish.

I make better layouts.

Tss..

Hehe, so far I flunked one Departmental Exam [the Math17]. I have to work on pulling that baby up! The other Dep Exams are fine. :) There’s one coming up on Tuesday, the 2nd Botany Lab Departmental Exam. Uh-oh. Wish me luck. The Botany Lecture and Math17 would both be on August 19. Double uh-oh. Wish me luck times two. Or rather wish me luck a million times two.

I am so fed up with a bunch of bastardizations. Let me enumerate them:

  • Bastardization of Politics
  • Bastardization of Language
  • Bastardization of Media
  • Bastardization of Morals
  • Bastardization of Music
  • Bastardization of Other ThingsMan, we really live in a Bastard Nation. I am so pissed. I’ll write a piece on these bastardizations on my next entry. ;) I am just too fed up to ignore these things!* * * * *

Thank God for MC English. Sometimes I think I should’ve just followed Teacher Yvette‘s advice. I could still hear her voice: “I thought all the while, you took up Journalism!”

    Yeah, I thought so too.

Last week, my Comm1 prof [yeah, yeah.. I'm only taking up Comm1... Just like the humanities people are taking up Math1 as we BS people are taking up Math17. You get the drift..] told me that I’m “too advanced” for her class. She says I should just go on and do my own stuff [translate: start outlining right away], and don’t get bored too much. Haha! Does this mean I can cut her class and just consult whenever I want to???! [Wow, triple question marks and an exclamation point!] Schweeeeeet.

Sometimes, I think, “What if I went to ADMU and accepted that BS Bio thing? Had I been happier there? Or the UST Nursing thing? Or the DLSU thing?”

    Just thinking aloud.

    I miss you
