I just saw the trailer/teaser for C.S. Lewis‘ The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe on Disney Channel a while ago! [Thank God for CableTV.]

I had goosebumps. And you know what, I’ve NEVER had goosebumps over ANY movie trailer–well since The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King came out [do you notice how these guys just love using semi-coloned, sub-titled, movie titles? What is up with that? *LoL*].

Oooh, I just remembered the trailer all over again.

*shivers*

It’ll be showing in the Philippines on January 8, 2006. Singapore’s opening would be on December 8, 2005, so my best bet would be it would open in the US somewhere around December this year [or earlier--I dunno].

Wheee! I’m so happy!

YESTERDAY: JB and I went on an “adventure”: THRIFT shopping at Kamuning! I’ve always wanted to do that kind of Lifestyle Network-”Shabby Chic”-thing. Old stuff are really nice to look at. Old bottles, old “I ? MARCOS TOLENTINO” campaign pin buttons, old StarWars action figures, Limited Edition Coca-Cola merchandise, old retro jewelry, swords/knives… the works! It’s really interesting, actually. I got myself a silver marijuana pendant, a bargain for 150 bucks [the guys at Silverworks would rip you off with a smaller pendant at around 250-300 bucks].
Then after the antique shop tripping, we rode a cab to UP Diliman. I went in the Math Building for the first time, *tear*. Haha! Then we rode the IKOT/TOKI. That was my first time to ride it, *tear*. And then we passed by an isawan, and yeah, you guessed it: I ate isaw for the first time. *more tears* Haha, OA eh. But ’twas fun. I’m so happy I was able to try out these things before I leave for the US. Haaay. I had fun, JB. Thanks a lot! 

TOMORROW: I have to help up with the cooking and fixing here at home, and later on, when I’m free in the afternoon, we’ll be hanging out at Steph‘s place.. Then there’s a thingy for my Dad here at home… Can’t wait!

SATURDAY: IV-1 get-together at *drumroll please* Mickey D’s, Katipunan [wow, what's new? *LoL*]. I caaaaan’t waaaait!!! Man, I miss those guys!

NEXT WEEK [maybe Wednesday]: Guia suggested that we go drop by the Magnificat meeting and just say hi. Yeah, I wanna see MC once again. I miss that place.
