Look what I got in the mail last Saturday, albeit late:

Something from Baby Ruth!!! Aww… my first snail mail in this address, and it came from Beyru [she's the only one, so far, among my friends who know my address!]. Thanks dear, you’re so sweet. You made my day. :)Seriously.

Just came from an overnight stay in Aiken, South Carolina. We drove there to visit some relatives.

LESSONS LEARNED:

#1: Aiken is by far prettier than Laurinburg, hands down!

#2: I firmly believe that it’s REALLY REALLY REALLY [1,000,000 times] EASY to go anywhere in the U.S., provided that you have a good reliable car, a compass, and an accurate map. It would be a LOT more fun if you went with more people though [i.e. friends].
